Gardner's Awesome Turkey Loaf
- Servings: 8
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Mix
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Horseradish
- 10 Ounces Spinach
- 1 Large Egg White
- 1/4 Cup Ketchup
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Medium Onion
- 1 Celery
- 1 Medium Carrot
- 2 1/2 Lb Ground Turkey
Cooking Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x5x23/4-inch loaf pan with no-stickcooking spray. In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly mixall the ingredients, except for 2 tablespoons ketchup.
Bake in the center of the oven for 50 to 60minutes or until the temperature of the loaf reaches160 degrees. Let cool inthe pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a servingplatter. Let cool another 5minutes before slicing.
